Rose is hired to play the role of Cabir's girlfriend by his Brother. She is shown as a very sexy and friendly girl who has a liking for Dhruv. She is talkative and a bit stupid. Her character made an exit after Manik announces Cabir's break up with her. Her character was part of MTV Fannah - An Impossible Love Story. Mehul Nissar plays the roles of Nandini's uncle Mr Venkitesh Murthy. He and his wife brings Nandini and Rishab to Mumbai to continue Rishab's treatment and Nandini's college studies. They don't have any children of their own and treat Nandini and Rishab as their own kids. Nandini's Uncle is a bit money minded and miser, but a good guy at heart. Mehul Nisar was previously seen in Yahan Mein Ghar Ghar Kheli, Mata ki Chowki and Hip Hip Hurray.

She is shown as a loving and supporting Mom to Cabir in the initial episodes, however after knowing that Cabir is Gay her behavior changes. Rinku Karmakar was previously seen in serials like Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha and Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii.

Pulkit Bangia played the character of Shahid in Kaisi Yeh Yaarian. He was tortured by FAB5 after he posts a comment on Mukti’s Facebook profile. FAB5 member Cabir uploads his naked video on YouTube making him a laughing stock among students. He attempts to commit suicide but is saved by Nandini and Navya. Later he joins FAB5’s rival music band NH3. The character of Shahid is somewhat similar to that of Lee Min Ha of Boys over Flowers portrayed by actor Jung Ui Chul. Pulkit might have opted out of the Show as he was not seen in the last more than 50 episodes.
Pulkit Bangia was previously seen in the Colors TV serial Main Naa Bhoolungi.
Kishori Murthy is Nandini's Grandmother. She is also Nandini's Music and dance teacher whom she calls Amms. The recent episodes revealed her character as TK's mentor.
Rushad Rana as Raghav
Rushad Rana played the Gay character Raghav who is a Professor and Boyfriend of Cabir Dhawan. He was seen kissing Cabir in one of the episodes. His character is showed as going away after seeing Cabir brutally beaten up by Harshad and his goons.
